Rachna is truly an experienced and trustworthy agent. She accommodated our schedules and took us to see homes that we were interested in almost every week. She took the time to call all the listing agents to talk to them about the properties and to get all our questions answered. When there were concerns with the homes we were looking at she would inform us and let us know our options. Because the market was so competitive I was tempted to waive inspection contingencies on a couple of homes. Rachna didn't want us waive our right to an inspection without knowing all the details about the home. We're really glad she spoke up and advised us. Eventually she helped us put an offer on a probate sale and even got us some credit back during closing. She has also sold probate homes before and had so much knowledge of probate sales. She helped us find and close on our home within 2 months. We are so happy with our new home and are so thankful to have had her as our buying agent.

Rachna was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. It felt reassuring to be able to be comfortable enough to be able to contact her with any questions and concerns at anytime. I am grateful for her availability and being able to work with our hectic schedule. The only thing that would need improving is the displays of new MLS listings. While we appreciated getting emails for new listings in the areas that we were interested it it was difficult to manage and look through the emails to for example pull up a specific listing again. I wish there was a link to a hub that listed the properties where you could bookmark them. It would have been helpful to manage the MLS listings by scrolling through a collection of them.

Rachna was so helpful and flexible during the whole process of selling our townhome. When we first talked to her about selling our home our county's COVID-19 restrictions were looser. Once we started to actively prepare our home for sale the county started a stay at home order. The stay at home order created a new hurdle in our home sale plans as we couldn't still live at home with our young children while showing our home at the same time. We changed the dates for putting our home on the market multiple times and she was able to work around our timeline to help us find and coordinate with different contractors to get our home ready for sale. During the showing week and the closing period she went above and beyond to help us take care of little things around the home while we were living out of town. Rachna was also very good at communicating with us when we had any questions or concerns. She was able to keep our expectations for home sale price realistic and didn't make us any false promises. We were in the end blown away with our winning offer price and package that exceeded all of our expectations. She walked us through the whole process of closing and even managed to help us close a couple of days early. We would highly recommend Rachna to all our friends for their future home sales. She is trustworthy knowledgable and reliable- everything you'd want in a real estate agent.
